Shipping & Refund Policies

Refund Policy

The buyer will have 30 days from the date of PURCHASE to contact Custom Concepts about problems with the product and/or order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items should be returned in original packaging and in the condition the item was received. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A full refund will be issued once the item is received in its original condition.

Basic Shipping

Custom Concepts is a small, privately owned business. At this time we use flat rate priority shipping with USPS for all our products.

 

Priority Mail® service includes tracking and delivery in 2-3 business days. As soon as the item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can check delivery time estimates with the USPS Service Standards Map

All order received before 12PM CST are shipped within two-business days. Orders received after 12PM CST may require an additional day for shipping. Custom Concepts is based in the Midwest. Occasionally, inclement weather may cause shipping delays. We will do our best to notify customers regarding delays with their packages. Thank you for your understanding.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer international shipping. Please check back as we are always working hard to offer options to all of our customers!
